Every now and then you see a movie star wearing something amazing or outlandish and you realize that you've just witness the start of a new trend or fad. And then sometimes you see an outfit and pray to God that you are not witnessing the birth of the new "IT" style. This picture of Tom Felton is one of the second moments.
